For over 20 years, Michael has trained in and taught Tai Chi and Internal Martial Arts. Through this training, he has mastered working with "Chi" or "life force energy". Michael's years of training have included the study of Chinese Medicine and Tui Na through the National Organization of North American Tang Shou Tao.
Michael's comprehensive training and knowledge of chi greatly influence his massage practice. He specializes in Tui Na, Chinese massage therapy which opens the energy flow thoughout the body and relaxes muscles and joints. This technique both creates greater flexibility and strength and reduces stress on the body. Michael combines Tui Na , Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, sports massage techniques, and Qi Gong Therapy for a deeply relaxing and healing massage experience for the client.
