Modern society is full of distractions, busyness, taking care of others, watching life on TV, noise, intellectual stimulation. Moving fast, living in our head, we seem to have lost touch with direct knowing of the heart, of trusting our own instincts.

Subtle signs come to us constantly. From nature, in our dreams, in the words of friends and co-workers. Do we slow down enough to listen? If I slow down I will have to be with me. Retreat Activities for Sedona Retreats

Day 1 8 am - 4 pm Nature, Soul and Vision experience out on the land in places of natural beauty and power. Pay attention to signs that come your way, journey to the drum to connect with spirit helpers and inner healing and vision. Allow the bigger picture of you walking your destiny line to emerge. A flowing, joyful day. Rest and dinner break. Sunset, 3 - 4 hours Circle of Power Medicine Wheel Teaching and Healing Ceremony. Introduction to essential oils and the medicine qualities of the plant kingdom. Salt-glow treatment on own in room. Day 2 9 am - 1 or 2 Soul Journey session; becoming your own healer: Dreams as source of guidance and healing, emotional release, chakra clearing and sound healing, deepening inner awareness skills and spirit helper connection. 12-7 pm Your integration and practice time on your own: Practice nature communion skills and mini vision quest on own. Write your new mythology and create your spirit mandala. Option to visit an essential oil supplier. Optional massage-energy work or in-room spa treatment. "Wild nature has always been my healer, my best friend. I am from an Arizona pioneer family and all my life I have explored and gone to nature for sustenance. Mystical knowing came to me by direct communication from Nature and in dreamtime teachings and led me to explore. Shamans and medicine people and metaphysical wise people deepened this knowing. For 20 years I have faciliated circles practicing intertribal ceremonial ways of the medicine wheel and working with spiritual energies of earth, intention and group focus. My Navajo and Hopi spiritual friends have taken me into their homes and lives and showed by example the power of prayer and reverence and of a living relation to earth, opening more ancient channels of knowing. Peruvian and Himalayan shamans have opened their ways to me to share with all. But always for me first hand experiencing is my path to understanding. I extend these relationships with Nature and ancient ways to you encouraging your own inner awareness and vision to emerge and for you to activate change in your life through your intention and attention.
